Each session, whether undertaken with me face to face or via skype or telephone, will provide you with a safe and nurturing space to help you explore your inner landscape, so that you can begin to change and transform your relationship with yourself, and with others.
Therapy can be an effective way of dealing with a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, and intimacy issues. I will help you find your own inner strength and resource while we sensitively and confidentially address your particular concerns.
At our initial session we will begin to develop a working relationship, discuss your issues and goals, and together we will agree to a plan that fits your unique situation.
Methodologies employed include: traditional talk therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Hakomi, body-based breathing and relaxation techniques, guided imagery and Buddhist psychology.
